I was doing fine for my first couple of days off. Fell asleep around 1AM, woke up around 10AM (which, trust me, is good for me). Last night I fell asleep around 4AM, woke up around 1PM. It's currently 1:20AM, and my son usually wakes up around 8:30AM. If I'm really lucky, he might sleep in until 9:30AM... but that's the latest I'm going to get.

Yeah my sleep pattern has been fucked for years. I go from waking up stupid early and sleeping stupid early, to waking stupid late and getting to sleep stupid late.

I'd love to just wake up every day at 8am and sleep at 10pm. That would be ideal for me.

I've just been busy. And tired. It is kind of nice to go for a few days without spending much time on the internet, however.

Those are my favorite kind. I do that when people text me godawful early in the morning. My ex sent me a text at 8:30AM today, and I didn't respond until 1:30PM. 'cause that's when I woke up.

Really tired and cold, seems like it'd be the perfect time to go back to sleep for 6 hours. But I must not!

I'm known to respond to voicemails around 12 hours after they were left in the first place. Especially since I don't wake up until around 1:30-2:00pm myself when I don't have to be in class or at the hospital. That's when my boyfriend's clock goes off so he can get up for work.

I laugh at this discussion about sleep patterns.
