It started with the white button and tray, then went to chrome button and tray, then elite, and now the new one.

There are 5 different 360 motherboard revisions and countless different DVD drive revisions.
But if you're talking actual console revisions, then just the fat and slim.

Colour of the DVD drive bezel simply signified whether it was an "arcade" without a hard drive or a "pro" model with a hard drive.
After thinking about it some more the ps3 had Changes done to it, Such as Less USB ports on the FAT model.

Honestly though, SF4 is very nice, IMO. But releasing a third update of the same game on disc is fucking stupid. I was disgruntled enough when they did that for SSF4, but at least it makes some fucking sense, seeing as it had TEN more characters and a few new stages, rather than just FOUR new characters.
