Some work better than others.

I mostly used it to alleviate the sunburnt feeling from exposing the half-healed skin to any sun. Kept the shedding down to a minimum as well.

I use A+D Ointment because it's rather inexpensive, and it has a distinctive smell that I now call "That New Tattoo Smell™ ".
