No, but for some reason the trophy guides tells you to start on normal, die a lot then put it on easy rather than choosing easy at the start.

There are some things that are a pain to do when it's on easy. Like the ones that involve a certain level combo, you need to be able to hit your enemies without having them die instantly.

hm, there probably is a normal trophy. But a glitch that if you start on normal and get asked to continue on easy.. still pops?.... maybe.

I don't think there are any difficulty based trophies, maybe it just doesn't let you have any trophies if you play on easy.

I got it in GoWIII in an area where there were a ton of enemies, so it didn't take too long. Trying it with just one enemy would be obnoxious though.
