    My mother has had a lifelong allergy to bee stings (which causes her to freak out when bees are around).

    I've never been stung and genetics play some role in allergy so it will be great if I found out I was allergic the wrong way.

    They're noisy though, especially when they're beating each other up.

    Surprisingly I've not had any wasp stings, though I've lived in two houses with nests under the roof or in the windows.

    They also seem to think light fixtures are warm and cozy. Dumping out tons of roasted ladybug corpses every so often is obnoxious. Plus they stink when they die.

    There was a HUGE queen bee trapped in the conservatory the other day, certainly the biggest one I've ever seen. It was only slightly smaller than my thumb...
