I think they should make a game like CoD with crazy graphics and stuff.
But then at the last moment change it into a JRPG.
I think what gets me is that this scenario where they need to be creative to fix it, should never have happened. You should never leave the creator of a character\series completely out of the loop on something like this. (And honestly, he should have been required to have some say in it regardless I feel.)
Yes, it should never have happened, but since they messed up, they should fix it in a proper manner at least.

It's not like Megaman has a stellar plot or anything, so I don't care that much really. It's more the principle of the matter, where the man was left out of the loop and his work was sort of broken as a result of that. As a writer that just kinda hits close to home with me.
