I don't know exactly why everyone on the planet doesn't just automatically get Malwarebytes when they get a new computer

There's a program called Rkill that shuts down malware so it can't hide itself and that makes removing it much easier, especially with Malwarebytes. As far as specialized apps that remove malware from PCs that are already infected, Norman Malware Cleaner is great to use as a second scan after or before Malwarebytes. Also, out of all the free antivirus products, Ad-aware is the best at removing malware.
