It's very different from the rest in the series, that's for sure. It can be a little bit harder to get into, but it is by no means a terrible game. Sometimes it can be kind of confusing finding your way around, but whatever. I wouldn't dismiss it just because a lot of people say it's a bad game, but it is a different type of game, and the people that enjoyed the game play style of the first Zelda, or the later ones, might not get the same enjoyment out of it.
And six hours later, I'm finally everyone's (currently available) crystarium is maxed out for their main roles.
I never want to see another Behemoth King or Megistotherion as long as I live.
I wasn't talking about the CD-i ones, I've never played those. I was talking about Zelda II.![]()
Tee hee, Zelda II.
I would give them a shot. In my opinion, the worst were the Oracle games. I never could get into those, and I tried many times. Just didn't enjoy them.
Personal preferences. I dislike a lot of games that people seem to swear by.Although if I had gotten into them before I had played most of the other Zelda games, I probably would have enjoyed them more. It's the same reason I don't play most of the new Pokemon games; anything other than the originals just doesn't feel right to me.
Yeah, I feel the same way about the Pokemon games. I can still play and enjoy the newer ones but they just don't feel the same. They're definitely better games though, so I guess it's just nostalgia mostly. For me anyways. Honestly I don't even remember much about either of the oracle games, other than I played through both of them and in one you could change the seasons and in the other you could travel through time.![]()
