So only for part of the game I'll get english dialogue and the rest will be in some other language. And whos Illora? I just wanted to be sure it was that and not just a rom thats missing half a game.

You're only get part of the english. And no need to worry about Illora. Or HC. Or whatever that kid's going by nowadays.
