Arcanum Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura: (Steampunk RPG = awesome)
Lunar: (Like the Sega CD/PSX ones, not Dragonsong)
Robotrek: (Quirky inventor RPG)
Secret of Evermore: (Simply a great game)
Beyond Good & Evil: (Supposedly awesome)
Viewtiful Joe.
Gimme either VJ3 or VJ HD Remix with both games.
Actually it was a PS2 sequel.
has anyone played it to tell me if it's good? I kinda wanna get it.
As every thread of gold is valuable, so is every moment of time.
I might consider getting it then.
Oh, and another game that needs a modern sequel should be power stone! and i mean SEQUEL, not remake. imagine that game on a newer console.

It's a good game.. I'd love to see it expanded upon, as well as with the Quest Mode which was super addicting
someone should srsly compile a master list of these games, alot of honorable mentions, not to mention unmined gold.
I thought about mentioning Ristar myself, but I can't really see how it'd be much better if remade or given a pre/sequel, given what's happened to Sonic & all :/
I would also like to see Zombies Ate My Neighbors, pay homage to the original classic... especially since Zombie Apocalypse oriented games have been so popular.
Final Fantasy Tactics, in case I didn't already mention it, would be well served to have a possible prequel/sequel relating to the original PSX games story. As long as it's well done of course;
When I want your opinion, I will diffuse it from you through osmosis!
Hell, I'll mention Ristar. I imagine if done right it would resemble something kind of like if Mario Galaxy met Spider-Man.
Vibrant, pop off the screen color in an interplanetary setting with grab/swing/reel mechanics that make the platforming unique, and the combat no more challenging than it should be. I imagine the combat to be like a mix of Wario World and Sonic Adventure, with lots of quick headbutts but also heavy, stretchy-armed body slams and piledrivers, all of which pop with awesome particle effects. But the combat would definitely NOT be the focus. Tons of varied worlds, like the music world could come back...
It would also be important that they keep Ristar himself mostly silent to cut down on the annoyance factor of his voice...
Man, it could be great though.
In a way I kinda envisioned the "shooting star" portions of the gameplay to be kinda reminiscent of Nights Into Dreams..
If done right, it could be fantastic I'm sure, I'd just hope they'd compose a worthy sound track to the game.
(The sound track to Ristar had the best game music on the Sega Genesis imo)

I would like to share my additional games that I think deserves a prequel or sequel.
Games like:
Tenchu
Legend of Legaia
Suikoden(the sequel next to Suikoden 2, where the hero and Jowy Blight are again involved)
Legends of Mana
And oh, I also deeply agree with the Vagrant Story. Ashley Riot's biography is still a mystery and Ramza's journey I think is not over yet. The ending seems to raises more questions about him.

My wai-fu, among many other wai-fu, and they are my current favorite. What? Too nerdy? Well, I think it is.
The Four Eyed Squire LP channel.
I'm astonished nobody even MENTIONED Dungeon Keeper in these last few pages.
So yeah. Dungeon Keeper, definitely.![]()
