I got up to 24 helicopters dead, then I jumped in the 25th, flew across the river (where I had already gotten the minigun while avoiding being killed, because if you go across the river before a certain point you are attacked) and landed, managed to avoid getting bombed as I stole the Cessna, and managed to trick 4 bombers into crashing into stone pillars and buildings, then I got bored because I was 2 hours into the game, and the stars wouldnt go above a 4 wanted level, so I chased a bomber in my plane, managing to ram him and commit suicide. Then I quit.

It is possible to dupe cars, I should've duped it before I sent him it back. I did it with another friend with an Formula 1 Gran Turismo car.

Fire the game back up
Transfer the car
Delete the save from your PS3
Put your old save back on

I'm in no desperate need for any cars, and the method isn't the quickest. Thanks anyway though.
