Everything in moderation, is probably the best thing i can say.

No, a generic kind, but same difference. The generic ones are better. I make sure to eat them with processed cheese product to ensure my body is loaded with preservatives and nitrates for months to come.
My mom broke three bones and ruptured a ligament in her ankle today .
That sucks, sorry to hear it. She'll probably be alright though, most likely need some surgery and a month or two of recovery/physical therapy. She'll also get a shitload of painkillers.
