Oh my god, so many. You could even trade crack for video games! Although they're probably stolen property. What you really want to start selling is cocaine. More expensive and it's required to make crack. It's a win/win situation.

I would imagine that cocaine is a little easier to conceal in a hospital room. It would be easier for me to pinpoint the location of the room with the smoke coming out of it. There's an awful lot of snorting and sniffling going on in a hospital, that could be a little ambiguous.
