The article itself is sensationalist. I never claimed it was hidden DLC or any other such bollocks.. It simply is what it is though, the game had two more characters and they were cut from the game before it went gold. (Although if I DID have to speculate.. I'd say yea, they're likely to turn up as DLC later.)

If they were far enough along to make it onto the final version of the game, albeit as leftover data, then they're probably a couple fine tunes and some tweaks/improvements away from being completed.

I think it's highly likely they'll be along within a matter of months.

Pretty much. Ivolt is planning on redoing it, but he's uber slow. So it's more or less just you now.
