I'm taking a retail meat cutting course to get my trades qualification certificate in meat cutting. One month out in Kamloops, one year practicum, then come back next year for another month. Once I'm finished next year, I write the TQ and if I pass, I have my journeyman papers. And a $2.50/hour raise.

So what you're saying is i have to completely memorize the 18 mini golf holes, and do the entire course 100% perfect so i can get another arcade trophy ?

Seriously, me and Elm got it to where we are 1 point from perfect.

Thats cool. I bought a Saturn some years ago at a yard sale, just to have one. But It got stashed someplace dusty and forgotten.
Recently though, I have noticed many very interesting titles being uploaded. The only thing I know about my console, is that it is not the one that is easy to swap disks with.
Maybe I will request someone give me a list of the best games to emulate.

Oh man. Radiant Silvergun, Guardian Heroes, Panzer Dragoon Saga. All must plays I haven't actually played because they're crazy expensive. I have a Model 2 Saturn so I can't do the swap trick easily either. I should look into emulation too. But yeah. NiGHTs Into Dreams is awesome, as is Exhumed/Powerslave. Sega Rally too. The Saturn also had the best home versions of 2D Capcom fighters at the time, but I guess that's a bit redundant if you're emulating since you can just use MAME.

That's the problem with Saturn games though, most games are really cheap but the really acclaimed titles can get stupidly expensive, the Japan exclusives in particular. Yet despite all of this, I still lust after a white Japanese Saturn. ONE DAY.

Sounds like a lot of work

I've been cutting meat for three years now, almost, so a lot of the stuff I know already. This is getting more into the knitty-gritty, working off carcass meat and a rail system rather than box-ready meat (stuff that is split into subprimals at a processing plant, cryovaced, then shipping out in cases of one item) that I'm used to. Also covers Canadian Federal Inspection Agency nomenclature for proper naming techniques and whatnot (which, I now realize, at least five or six things in my cases are not up to standard), cooking methods, meat sciences, curing/smoking/brining, added value products... stuff that we don't do in my store, but is nice to know.

It's definitely fun, but after the first couple of weeks the novelty wore off and I started to get home sick. And now that there's a pretty amazing girl waiting for me at home, I don't want to be here for another week.

Also that white satern sounds awesome! I love special editions or variants soo much!
