well yea anything after Crash 3 / Crash Team Racing has been Mediocre to Junk, out of all the games to come out after naughty dog leaving it Twinsanity was probably the best although it has an insane difficulty but much laughs
However im still scarred over Mind over Mutant
...Damn. Spyro the Dragon was my FIRST video game, and the franchise just keeps getting abused. I mean...
What the HELL? He looks like some demented Spore creation.
Excuse me while I weep for my childhood.
On another note, yeah, those two franchises needed to go away. Tony Hawk and GH were just played out.
Tony Hawk has been on a steady decline since THPS 3 with the exception of the original underground and Guitar hero so never have existed so, no. I'm not upset they're going away. I do however think activison would do better to look into a new title as opposed to trying to overhaul spyro.
What?! Porch Munky is Evolving!
Yeah, people have said the last good Crash game was twin sanity. The GBA games are also very good too. as for Spyro, i didn't really like Spyro 3 too much. i liked the 1st one better. the 2nd one is also good.
well, who's left of Sony's old mascots? Crash and Spyro seem to be dead. Twisted Metal has been doing good. Although i'm not sure about the ps3 one. Lara Croft has had her share of shit games too. Croc is nowhere to be seen, along with Gex (even though gex has an n64 game, i still count him as sony)
Yeah, dude. What set 3 apart was it was the first game where they took away the 2 minute time limit for levels in career mode. But personally I don't think the series should have gone as far as it did simply bc every game was basically the same thing every time, "Get (X) number of points", "Find the hidden tape", "Do a certain trick" and "Collect, break, find, etc. 5 random objects" in each level. It was really cool to begin with but it got to a point where it wasn't worth spending the money on THPS bc you'd just have to do a slew mission you basically already did in the games before it.

Nope, not sad one bit. They really were pushing it with all those Guitar Hero releases. They're all basically the same game to me. They might have done well releasing a version with downloadable songs.
