Either Exile II: Crystal Souls or Blades of Exile. The latter is the most recent, technically non-canon, but also open source. Blades has three scenarios and an editor, so there are a few thousand community-created scenarios if you felt like giving it a try.

If you want to play through in order, I->II->II->Blades, you can. But II was the best in my opinion.

I see. I'll probably try and play them in order then, since for me playing the best game first in a series kind of makes the other entries boring. I'll keep it in mind next time I'm trying to decide what to play.
