You know, if you think about the premise of Mario, it makes you wonder if Shigeru Miyamoto wasn't heavily influenced by drugs when he came up with the idea.

    • He becomes stronger/lives longer when he eats mushrooms.
    • He's fighting an army of turtles and strange creatures, some of which are normally inanimate objects.
    • His world is filled with vibrant colors and eyeballs on inanimate objects.
    • He can fly and fucking teleport.
    • He rides around on dinosaurs.
    • He's a plumber that talks to walking mushroom people and is trying to save a princess. Like seriously, WTF.

My only bad trip on mushrooms happened the one time I didn't really want to take them but got convinced by my friends. It was like being stuck on a roller coaster for 6+ hours that you want to get off of because you're nauseous but you can't, you're literally trapped in your own body. I looked into the mirror and saw my own face melt onto my chest. It's a great time on a normal trip though, very beautiful and enlightening. It really gives you a whole new perspective on life and nature. Interestingly, the active psychotropic ingredient in mushrooms is almost exactly chemically the same as DMT, aside from like two atoms. It's strange how such a small difference in chemical makeup has such a drastic effect.

Yeah, definitely. Tool has "expanded their minds" for sure. Related unrelated note: Tool album art is amazing to look at when you're high and/or hallucinating.
Just as a note, caffeine as a molecule is structurally very similar to Adenine which is one of the four bases in DNA (The rungs on the ladder) that's why it can cross the blood brain barrier, a little bit of a difference, like an atom here or there makes a HUGE difference at a molecular level, just look up the effects of ROS or the causes of Sickle Cell Anemia

And it must be a family issue, since Luigi does the same thing.

That's really interesting actually, I never realized caffeine was so similar to something that integral to the human body. Such small differences do make huge impacts on the brain, it's really amazing to think about. It makes you realize how little we actually know about the way our brains work. That's why I want to try DMT so badly to be honest, I feel like I'll gain some kind of deeper understanding about the mysteries of existence and the universe.

Bring back as in showing the episodes again, or making new ones?

Makin' new ones. I think they would rerun it more if the show wasn't so old. It's still funny though.

Usually, when they make newer episodes of older series, sometimes the series lose their ''magic''.

My assumption on this matter, between their similar hobbies and constant use of bro over brother, is that they're the two workmates every place has: The ones who go off on weekends, get completely trashed together and come back on monday barely conscious and brimming over with stories no-one even considers could possibly be true.

Then what about Wario and Waluigi?
    This applies as well?
