Neither. They're both kind of boring. You need to give them an endless loop of "We're sorry, but your account has been terminated for violating ____. If you think this action may have been taken in error, click here to appeal your ban." And then it leads to some page where they fill out some information, then it gives them "We're sorry, but there was an error in sending your information to our appeal process. If you would like to try to send it again, click here, or try again later."
