well, since you didn't post any other information I'll assume you're trying to play it on a 386 with windows 3.1 in which case it won't work.

Okay you obviously don't know very much about computers. Nvidia and ATI are the only two companies making graphics cards, saying it's "Nvidia" really isn't helping at all. Ok i have read did not fix.. like when i start my PCSX2 .hack//Infection the game is really choppy really it like freeze then goes then freeze every second

Like Inferno said, it sounds like you have a laptop. You're not going to be able to get much more out of it.
