Default A PSP Power Cord Will Work With a PSX...

I honestly doubt this will help anyone, but when I could not find my old PSX power cord yesterday, I made an educated guess and it worked.

Just thought you guys might like to know.

Maybe he meant the other one, for the psOne (not to be confused w/ the psx). This one happens to be a single metal prong with yellow plastic at the end. Its probably not suggested that you do it, since the box half way through the cord contains resistors and such, regulating the flow SPECIFICALLY for the device.
awful picture, but you can see that it is the same as which goes into the psp.
    Spoiler warning:

EIther way, if he meant one or the other, it is still true
did none of you ever own the psOne?

    You're both right:
Kouen, See the power input on the PSX (right side)? It's rectangular:

And so is the original cord:

I was once told to never assume that cords were interchangeable, but using the PSP cord works fine.

Those cords will fit just about anything. Hell, I think it even fits my crock pot.

As we have already established... Well, not the crock pot part.

Like I said in my post directly above yours, I theorized they might be different because of the rectangular-shaped side, and I thought others might assume the same thing.

    Apparently, I was wrong.
