Both. I wasn't aware those were known for dying OOB until afterwards. The downside of living in a small town is that you really can't do research before picking stuff up since the nearest PC shop is almost 3 hours away.

Honestly, I don't care that much. Those are just the ones that I most frequently buy.

She mostly doesn't (she lives at home, and they only have one vehicle. In a town with no public transit. With 2 people who have shit to do. So getting it for that long a period of time is somewhat unlikely) And she's not prone to taking that sort of trip unless necessary, since it's 3 hours on shitty backwater roads that are more ice than pavement that wind around rather annoying mountainous terrain.
