I've done the first tier of Cie'th stones. They were just more fights, which involved lots of running between areas.

I was just going to get to Fang/Vanille's hometown, but I got smacked about on the way, so I'm guessing I need a few more levels to actually get there. But Milady and grinding do not get along well.
