Same here. Magic is often used as a backup/support option for me in most cases. But in DS, the magic is just too delicious to pass up.
    Poor, poor Prude.

I ran into a BP Mind Flayer that I wasn't expecting to see, after getting PBWT, killing BP Rydell, and running on to find the primeval demon in 3-2. He was hanging around outside of the exit that leads to the giant ballistae machine on the bridge. Never have I been so proud of my dodging skills, I actually managed to kill him with a flame toss after recovering from my OH SHIT reaction.

I have a better selection of delicious spells now, and some decent weapons to choose from. Though my soul level is in the 80s now, so I'll just invade an even stronger player than I did last time, if I'm not mistaken about how the level thing works in that situation.

Some of them had the values so far down that under some of BIS' other games their dialogue options would be limited to "hit with stick" or "don't hit with stick".

    So yes.

It's a lot more complicated than that. But that's certainly a part of it.

Your schoolbuses weren't yellow? How did you find them in the snow then?

For 48 hours, we're all women.

That's when you switch to Fallout. The old Fallouts, not the new one. Fun for even the most min-minned players.

Oh, or a rousing game of Paranoia.

It's okay though. In canada, we have FREE HEALTHCARE. Much like the rest of the civilized world.

And now you have a magical staff covered in sticky white stuff!

Seems about right. Also, 80 should have you perfectly prepared for NG+.

I tend to be a magic user in most of the RPGs I play. It may have something to do with the fact that magic is usually the most broken and overpowered aspect of all RPGs, ever.
Ever shove a pad down the back of your pants? How about sticking a tampon up your asshole?

Not usually, but sometimes. Magic tends to come in two varieties:

Being criminally unlucky just makes it all the more fun.

Hell no. Not with this bunch. Sooner or later someone's going to take things a bit too far and then we'd have a murder mystery on our hands. And I'll be damned if I'm scanning my junk food collection for small bombs.

I hope you don't ever need to wait in line for one of those three MRI machines you have.

That I'll never use! I don't want to think about what Thomas does with my things when I'm not looking. Do they make sanitizer in the DS universe?

Then I'll do one or two more things before continuing, then see if I can't do something about 1-4 and the final boss. Someday, however, I will own a platinum for DS.

Oops. I went to Inferno's invite tree to find EPers in need of ratio on BG. So I gave 50 to Rage and 50 to Brightside, because I recognized both names. Brightside's went from 0.681 to 3.932. Wasn't expecting that.

I've had to. Fortunately it was nothing. Which is exactly what it cost me!

I have it on good authority that he likes to dress up in women's clothing and pretend to be a girl. For the priest. YEAH.

And I don't believe they do. And the only water I've seen was horribly unsanitary. Ignoring that, where's the nearest bathroom? Surely they don't just.....

Wait, do the dead even need to do that? I'm confused now.

Also, the upper levels of the nexus has ROWS UPON ROWS UPON ROWS of rotting corpses. Can you imagine the stench?
