Not true, I know plenty of siblings that don't really get on so well.

If you had a pillow on your lap though, he'd instantly sense it from wherever he was and appear just to come and lay on it to receive pettings or have his fur brushed.

And if you made any sort of sound that sounded remarkably similar to a spoon tapping against a porcelain bowl, he would appear hoping for milk or ice cream left overs.

Do you have any plans to get another cat soon, or is it more just a 'somewhere down the line' sort of thing?

I love my snake. I'd always wanted one, and though ball pythons are incredibly low maintenance, it can be somewhat expensive to get the initial set-up in place. Ball pythons have terribly cute faces, and I prefer boas and pythons to the various other types of rat snakes, king snakes, etc. that you can commonly find in pet store. Their heads are such that they look more like they might have an intelligent personality (of course they don't really, but that's beside the point ). At least, that's how I perceive them. My boyfriend got this one for me/us after we'd gone to the zoo for my little brother's birthday and I spent ages in the reptile house.

Rats can be very sweet animals though, and I can certainly sympathize.

I was disappointed to realise that I didn't actually know what a ball python's face looked like. But Google Image Search came to the rescue. How adorable! Also, your boyfriend bought you a two-hundred dollar snake? Clearly he's a keeper.

And snakes are sort of demonised in movies and the like, so as a kid I always figured if I ever saw one in the flesh I'd be terrified. Then I got to hold my friend's one, and it was the cutest little thing I had ever seen.

I guess it depends on the personalities involved, and the age difference usually has an effect.

My oldest-younger sister is about four and a half years younger than I am. She's always been close enough to me in age that we could do things together frequently, but she's also just young enough that she bugs me on other not so rare occasions. We get along best when it's the two of us without any dramatic family situations going on, like at my apartment.

Yeah, well it's pretty good, but I'm not telling you to go out and buy it RIGHT NOW. Speaking of Xilia, I remember reading an interview in which NamDai stated that they have no plans to localize any Tales games in the future, including Graces and Xilia. I know I'd play it even in Japanese (that's just how I roll ), but this kinda sucks for those who can't or refuse to play imports.

Yeah, I figured you were pretty busy. It kinda slipped my mind as well, especially with the recent rollback and all that jazz. I do have the whole thing in a txt if you want it again.

I'll definitely get around to it at some point. And with every Japanese RPG you finish you inch closer to accidental fluency in the language. That really does suck, though. They didn't exactly give the series the best chance overseas with some of the games they chose to bring over. Legendia, Radiant Mythology and the GBA port of Phantasia? Seriously? While Destiny-R remains Japan only?
