Find the folder in the Windows directory called "System32" and delete it and restart your system. All of the hidden emulators and ROMs that come preloaded on your hard drive should now be viewable.

I remember a few years ago telling somebody over msn to do that, because they had computer problems. Worst thing is they actually did it. They were complaining Windows was saying they didn't have permission to delete the files.
