Especially because this semester is focused on kids, and kids are going to respond to slight under or over doses much differently than an adult will.

    Usually it's 90+ is an A, 80-89 is a B, 70-79 is a C, 60-69 is a D. I'm on a seven point scale though, rather than a ten point scale. I hate it so, so much.
Yeah, I kind of figured it'd be a little more demanding for medicine because...well...when you mess up people can die. Scary pressure is oh-so-scary.

Still, though, many American students I've spoken to online seem to be disappointed with anything less than a 90% on their exams. Which for a student here in Britain is...kind of strange. Our university hands out maybe two first class degrees to each faculty per year, and a first class degree means getting 70% or over in your final year.

    I love you.

If you feel up to it. I have no idea if/how/when I'll be able to make anything of it. But if you're primarily doing it for LP and/or practice purposes anyway feel free to do so.

If you want a script dump I have those prepared. For some strange reason my script extractor is one of the few things that worked fine. However the scripts are formatted inside game engine files. If you don't mind some WHAT THE FUCK AM I READING? between your dialogue, I can send them your way.

I'd rather get my 8 hours though, at least.

Anything over 70% here is considered excellent, 90% is very difficult to get.

Also, if you have stonefang (world 2) at pure black consider taking the shortcut path through 2-2. There's a BP there that drops the most awesome wand in the game. Partially because it's also a talisman. Meaning no more swapping back and forth between talismans and catalysts for miracles/magic.

Then CT is easy to recommend. We all pretty much have CT and while CS is better CT isn't horrible by any means. It also contains an extremely lengthy story mode which is, in many ways, superior to the one in CS. And that's from someone that really liked CS' story mode. It also lays a lot of the groundwork for the series as a whole (it's a fighting game with a storyline that puts RPGs to shame. Possibly because it started its out life as one).
I started as a royal, so I have a silver catalyst, but the wooden one seemed to be doing more damage at one point. I haven't swapped them out recently to re-evaluate this, though. If I recall correctly, the silver does, at least, increase my total MP. World 2 is at white, since I've finished it, but I should be able to drop is down to pure black by killing a body form a few times, no? I haven't really gotten a good grasp on the whole tendency thing yet, I just read about it briefly when I saw the server PWWT message.

Story mode is good, it gives me a chance to play without feeling horribly embarrassed by playing with another human being for a bit. I'd love to have whatever improvements are available, but it's really not practical for me to spend 30 dollars on a game I probably won't be playing terribly often. It would, however, be a nice bit of variety at the moment.

I was considering a horror type thing, but Demon's Souls made me jump today, so that's good enough.

Oh, and it looked totally cool from what I saw.

I have some minor experience as an editor on TL projects.

    Long story.

But the gist of it states that I've seen translations that are much more stilted and funny than yours.

No offense to 90% of you.
    None taken.

I'll probably end up buying it just as a new version is coming out. Because screw spending money on a fighting game.

Though that is actually extremely awesome. I expected lame regular beeps for the censorship. I got CARNAGE SCISSORS.

    But you got 9.

Anyway, one study says that 6 hours sleep is sufficent, I feel fine anyway.

A lot of people on my road still live with their parents and they are much older than me, I'm talking late 20s to mid 30s and even some people in their mid-forties.

Don't know if I'll LP it or not, but it's good practice anyway. Don't worry about doing anything with it any time soon. Assuming I actually translate the whole thing, I won't be done for forever anyway.

That'd be handy. I'll try to ignore the moments where I randomly turn into Ronald McDonald.

That is confusing. I didn't think the catalysts had any serious stat differences aside from the silver improving your setup a bit.

The general gist of tendencies is:

Kill demon -> Shift to white
Die in body-> shift to black

There's some minor other stuff in there (mostly revolving around NPC murder or assisting NPCs) but that's about the general idea. Also, there's character tendency too. This is how good or evil your character is. Because this game needs two separate alignment charts for that.
Green Eye Stones aren't too hard to come by, and there's a shop later on that lets you pick those up. With some minor soul farming it's easily removed. A lot of the tendency items are well worth forcing a shift in one direction or the other.

We aren't as good as we like to claim. Especially when Nu, Tager, or Hakumen get involved.

Surely you will love world 5. It might as well be "Demon Souls Presents: Silent Hill".

That's also worth it, but I feel that the scale of time spent to awesomeness experienced is at its highest near that VR section.
Nice to meet you kettle. My name is pot.

That section is awesome, no doubt. Probably the coolest part of the main quest aside from the ending imo, but broken steel takes the cake in my book. It's almost like they intentionally saved all the cool ideas for the expansion. Fucking Bethesda.

Speaking of helping NPCs, I totally love how I rescued one three times so he can go and kill himself.

I have tons of ephemeral eyes, or whatever those stones are called that revive you, maybe I'll play around with that particular world, at some point.

Maybe I'll pick up CT at some point, then.

Oh, lovely. I already found some weird worm things with faces in 3-2, I think it was. They didn't scare me though, they were just gross.
