In March my hours at work are being cut to 12.5 hours a week.

    ...

I still may be losing my job altogether though. I don't really care, I don't rely on the money.

Job centre as of March probably.

Elvira was written three years after Surfin' Bird, though.

I've been toying with Lords of Shadows. Anyone know if it's any good? I've heard mixed reviews -- some people swear by it, others think it's crap. Which can be said of pretty much any game, I suppose...

But I can still have a smoke!

I played about 3 hours of it on 360. I really liked it.

If you like the idea of a hack and slash game in a Castlevania setting, go for it. But if you're expecting an old-school type Castlevania avoid it at all costs.

If you like God of War, get this.

Yes, but the same line of music I was pointing out has been used in many many songs over the years, some released before that and others after. The point is that there are plenty of places where "Papa mow-mow" could have come from if he hadn't clarified what he was referring to.

So I've finally got this iPod working the way I want it to. Turns out one of the dependencies for the only free SNES and NES emulators that were in the default Cydia repositories doesn't work on iOS 4.2.1, so it can't reboot if you install either of them. GG.

Nah, he mentioned that it was from "Surfin' Bird." I just didn't know that was the name of the song. It's one of those songs that I knew it if I heard it, but knew nothing about it.
