    I saw it a few weeks ago and thought the same thing. Thought it was great back in the day but now it's totally cheese.

    I remember it being pretty cheesy, but always remembered it being cheesy 'cause the storyline was kind of "meh." I forgot how terrible the acting is as well. Still, it was one of my favorite movies when I was a kid. Used to watch it all the time.
