It's awesome that you're giving another go to Tales of KUREAAAAAAAAAA. There's something indescribably charming about big stupid Veigue's big stupid quest of big stupidness. The whole thing is so ridiculous and melodramatic that it has no right to work anywhere near as well as it does. It helps that it's really fun too. How far are you?

Mana Khemia is perhaps not actually all that great, but for whatever reason it just struck a chord with me. I couldn't help but find something about it really cute and endearing. It's probably not worth ditching Rebirth for. Or pushing to the front of your backlog. But do give it a look if you ever get the chance.

And amen to that. Pretty sure I'm never going to get through my PS2 backlog. Seriously. I've just sort of given up on it at this point.

It's actually still the same savegame, as I've refused to start from scratch. Mostly because it only took me a few minutes to refresh my memory on the plot and game mechanics. And I got lucky and managed to craft a cool weapon that I don't want to give up.

I'm only about 20 hours in. Just left Babilograd for this place called Balka. Not sure how much that tells you.

Yeah, the battle system is crazy fun, and I think Veigue's hilarious. I just can't be mad at the guy. I still need to kick his ass in Tales of Graces's cameo battles, though!
