I hate new year, I was asleep by 10PM and woke up at 12 by dickheads with fireworks.

    OH BOY
That seems to be the magic number.. 1 hour 40 minutes of dying and being cursed by a dark spear, then 1 hour 40 minutes to 2011, then 1 hour 40 minutes to the end of the world.

Wait, I wasn't supposed to let people know about that last bit?

Dunno if it's my neighbourhood only, but I've started hearing fireworks and random screaming as early 6-7 PM, both today and yesterday.

My God some people are eager as fuck.

4 minutes left in the year.

    Good riddance to 2010.

There were few worthwhile things in this year.

And they'll be there in the morning.

    So fuck 2010.

    Forever.

    Here's hoping 2011 sucks less.

I hadn't noticed any so far, although I've yet to finish chapter 12.

Mostly horrible load times and awful slowdown. Terrible port is terrible. Though playable enough if you play it off a memory stick.

Also, damn you for mentioning Mana Khemia. I'm so in love with the idea of replaying it. Even though I just played it last year. And even though I have hundreds of other games on my shelf to be getting on with.

I'm so in love with the idea of playing it for the first time. But alas, my huge backlog disagrees, and I also need to help this Veigue person find a certain blonde chick.

Why must the PS2's library be so amazing?

Make a Let's Play video and turn that in instead of an app

It's awesome that you're giving another go to Tales of KUREAAAAAAAAAA. There's something indescribably charming about big stupid Veigue's big stupid quest of big stupidness. The whole thing is so ridiculous and melodramatic that it has no right to work anywhere near as well as it does. It helps that it's really fun too. How far are you?

Mana Khemia is perhaps not actually all that great, but for whatever reason it just struck a chord with me. I couldn't help but find something about it really cute and endearing. It's probably not worth ditching Rebirth for. Or pushing to the front of your backlog. But do give it a look if you ever get the chance.

And amen to that. Pretty sure I'm never going to get through my PS2 backlog. Seriously. I've just sort of given up on it at this point.
