That works too, and it's cheaper and less obscure to find.

Didn't I walk you through that part?

Or did we run into another mirror section?

No I'm talking about how I don't have a controller and I can't possibly get through that with arrow keys.

When I ran into a similar situation in AitD I just reran stuff off-camera. None of the 2 people who watched whined about it. You might as well just do the same.

    A glorious re-run it was.

I'm actually contemplating doing Elaine's Chapter, though I'd have to torrent the game and such.

Once you know where the enemies are going to pop up it becomes a bit of a shooting gallery. Also, when you know what the fuck you're supposed to be doing you only see a fraction of the enemies I did in my blind run of that chunk of the game. It doesn't hurt that I suddenly knew where all the good guns are and which weapon is most cost effective against which enemy (no more shotgunning headcrabs!)

If I had the torrent handy I'd link you up. It shouldn't be too hard to find, though.

Although, depressingly, shortly after that rerun I got the fuckawesome gun, got out of the mansion and saw ample supplies of fresh medkits, and eventually found a gun that made ammo obsolete. Which was located a few rooms down from the item that makes medkits obsolete.
