At the time of writing, rating the consoles as it stands now, the only reason the PS3 should be that high is being able to play PS2/1 games. So judging a console on it's native content as it stands now, I'd say the PS2 would be superior. Heck, even going non native, the PS3 still beats out the 360 at least.

I'll allow the PS2<SNES (Sness. Say it with me. Sness. Doesn't that just sound wonderful? Sness.) though. It's a close one.
