Higher up position in same place or new place?

I'm working as a temp for the company now, so it wouldn't be so much a position higher up as it would be a permanent one that would not only pay me almost five bucks an hour more, but would come with medical benefits and paid time off.

I need it badly. I'm barely making ends meet as it is.

I already took the tests for the position and getting that far is apparently a good sign, so at this point I'm just waiting out the HR lady's vacation to find out the results.

Okay, someone help me out here. I've got a ton of MAME ROMs that are sitting around taking up space. I want to delete all of them save for the CPS/Neo-Geo ones. Any way to do this quickly and easily without having to manually sort through all of them?

If your using a MAME32k you can sort by hardware and deleted the trash.
