1. Oi! I was only responsible for two of those smilies. And both somewhat indirectly. I posted the panda one, and Cookie added it of his own accord. And Culise posted the other one, and I liked it, so I asked to have it added.

2. As Evans and Signtology said, I've been on the staff for a long while now. First as a super moderator many years ago, and since April of last year as a moderator. But I'm not nearly assertive enough that that'd make any difference one way or another.
