No, no. During the Near/Mello part, there are three notes. One is the original notebook given to Light. This is the one that's buried under the tree, then recovered by Misa, and its the one she uses until Light tells her to get rid of it somehow near the end of the series, and its never shown what she does with it, just that she's lost possession of it and back to being a retard.
One is the one owned by Jealous then Rem then Misa. This is given up by her to Light who gives it up to Rem who gives it up to that corporate guy who is caught and killed. It becomes police property, is traded for Light's sister, recovered, then given to that third Shinigami who takes it back to the Death God Realm.
The third is Rem's personal note, which Light takes after she evaporates, uses for a while, then gives to that obsessive guy. Near gets this at the end of the series, after it was stolen out of the bank.
The only book unaccounted for is the one Misa had at the end, the one she got rid of without showing how. At the end of the series, she's wearing the clothes and the look on her face that she had in the episode where she goes around singing and then Rem kills everybody, which made me think she rediscovered it somehow, and decides to take up the role of Kira herself.
