I've nailed a few of those 4 key moves.... It really depends on your keyboard I believe. Some will register the 4 keys, others will cause the computer to make a loud beep and not register.

Yeah, mine is one of those that doesn't register. It doesn't make a beep, but it definitely isn't registering the four-key moves at all.

I had to use the number pad on the side. I can't do it on this keyboard. Only two arrow keys at once for me. For stepmania I reconfigured it to use v,b,j, and k.
