    Last week I walked for nearly 2 hours and before that one I walked about three, too bad the damn knee started to hurt or else I would have walked more. I really like to take long walks while listening to the radio or whatever is in my memory card of my cell.

    Whatever you eat, the more protein the better.

    I eat fast food, but I go with small fries and diet coke, or if they have it coke zero.

    I take off half of top bun and go to town.
