Well...
Now I know how to a complete restore of an iPod touch. Mine flubbed up during a firmware update, and the restore wouldn't...um...restore. So I tried going to the newest version of iTunes, but it wouldn't install. So, I chose 'manual download', but it failed too.
So I just downloaded a complete version of the newest iTunes, and installed.
Did a complete firmware restore on my Touch, then upgraded it to the newest firmware. Now I am resyncing all my music.
I also noticed a new upgraded firmware they are offering for $20...adds GMail, stocks, weather, maps, etc. to the main Touch interface. I think I might buy it.

I was gonna try the "sleep all day, wake up at a normal time in the morning, get back on a normal schedule" thing, but something woke me up an hour ago and I couldn't get back to sleep.
