Get this - XBOX is giving Undertow the XBL arcade game for free on wednesday. I already have it. I bought it with MS points in december. Well, they say to call them if I have it, then they will get me something different. I called those bitches last week, and they told me told call on monday (today), so I did.

After they pull up like 20 other records but mine, they finally got it, keep in mind it's a stupid blonde chick, they can't find my records of buying this game. It's clearly under my downloads history in my account. What should I do??
