I get some sort of error, but I click continue and flip it the bird. Still functions, anyway. Does yours?

No. When I click OK, it terminates the program, and that's then end of it. I try to do it again, and it gives me the same shit.

Did you follow the whole installation procedure properly, line by line?
Can you start the emulator itself by going to the installation folder and double-clicking it? And I don't mean the GGPO client, here. Just the emu.

Yeah, FB Alpha works fine. Its just GGPO. And I installed everything like it told me to. Gonna try and Un-Install see, then re-install see if that helps.

That's weird, and I can't think of a reason for it. Check their forums for a similar problem if it still occurs.
EDIT:
Isn't this a .NET framework error? Google says so. Might wanna restart if you haven't after installing it.
