Go with it straight, probably. Gratuitous English stays in English. Direct would be something like /B/タルド or /ビー/タルド, but I'm not sure it's really good usage-wise. Well, the 2-channers are called 2ちゃん��*らー (2channeraa; approximation of channeler). 4-chan's equivalent would swap in a 4 for the 2.
