It's very similar to Kingdom Hearts, for the most part. Except enemies don't randomly spawn on the map. You have random encounters that take you to a separate map where you fight the enemies Kingdom Hearts style. It's okay, but I always found the KH battle system pretty clunky.;
There's also the DMW gauge in the corner of the screen, which is basically a roulette machine filled with FFVII character faces. It stops randomly, and if it lands on three of the same character, it triggers limit break-y type attacks, depending on which character is shown. Kind of gimmick-y, but it works well enough.![]()
Also, Vincent-snakesque voice acting FTW.![]()

On the side? Fuuka was one of my main pursuits.![]()
Ah. Main Character should have nailed his teacher. I would've.
Oh my! Just leave that old couple running the bookstore out of any fanfiction. Lord knows I don't want to see any more of THAT.
I wasn't referring to Fuuka, I was referring to someone much, much younger who you run into while hanging out at the playground![]()
...first you're pimping with the ladies and now you made a harsh sarcastic yet funny (and true duh...) reply? What's wrong with you?
I'm starting to like you more, if that's possible. ^___^
Also, FFVII: DoC is fun, or rather, not bad for a company that doesn't produce 3rd Person Shooters mainly, or maybe it's just that the oh so manly Vincent is getting all my attention.![]()
