I get lots of things out of the trash.

At the Circle K in Upland Indiana they throw out all the unused pizzas at midnight. The donuts follow suit quickly as well. All are wrapped in their own bags and the pizzas are all boxed and labeled. Sure it goes in the trash. But it is on top and the trash bag protects it. My friends and I have been doing it for years. We haven't died or gotten sick yet.

I once picked up food from trash. Chips, like hundreds of bags of potato chips. Stores are forced to trash them when they hit due date. One week the groceries around here didn't sell any chip apparently. They were all put in big trash bags and conveniently put aside the container for some reason.

Those things are so fucking salty it's ridiculous. We ate chips for like... weeks. It was the big bags too. I even gave some to people at school and even a hobo, lol.
