Good thing we have stockpiles of the shit. Not sure why, but that's just how my family rolls.

Yup. I wish I still had all those little cans of R-12 laying around. They'd be worth a fortune now.

Actually, they'd be illegal, so I'd have to sell them on the black market.

Heh, we only get the pure one, for obvious reasons.

    Yeah, sorry...my technobabble

Everything is R-134a now. Supposedly less harmful to the environment.

Everything is so fucking cheap in the US.

Antifreeze, here is like 12 bucks a litre IIRC.

And I think a gallon is a little over 3 litres.

Yeah, but you people make like $45 an hour for sitting on your asses

I know it's true because Jase said it.

I wasn't sure. My father has a bunch of cans in the garage. No R-12, though. That's bad.

Make those tanks. Like propane ones, but thinner and a bit taller.

Eh...I don't really buy the whole "ozone depletion" mantra for R-12. The way I see it, the governmant needed another way to tax in large quantities, and R-12 was it. You figure, every car uses gas, oil and (most have) R-12. So, they already tax gas and oil, so R-12 was the next logical step.
