    nope. they showed it on the news, they're just mixing it at the back of the truck as the salt comes out.

    Normally, banned, I'd ask if you were a 15 year old attention whore, but it's obvious that you were born before doctors knew the dangers of drinking during pregnancy.

    Bob Brown sells the beet juice and says it works well as a companion product to road salt. He says it allows the salt to work at lower temperatures. "It's de-sugared beet molasses. It allows people that are using salts to lower their salt use and it enhances the perfomance of the salt basically."
    Barnett told WEWS-TV the mixture smells slightly like brewer's yeast when placed on roads and appears brown rather than red, the color most commonly associated with beets.

    Banned, I knew about drinkable alcohol. I meant a form of it that wouldn't attract winos and drunkards.
