Have you guys seen Dexter? They started airing the first season not so long ago here in Sweden. Currently one of my favorites shows. Can't get the title song out of my head for some reason.

I should. I know I'd like the games, but somehow they never really call out to me to play them. I've bought all three of the games that I own simply because they were cheap, and because I thought it might be a series worth owning.

Actually, does the story go in chronological order? Or is it jumbled up? Or...disconnected, separate stories for each game?

Silent Hill 3 is, story wise, the true sequel to Silent Hill and Origins is the prequel to SH. Silent Hill 2 and SH4 are somewhat connected to each other but they are more of side chapters to the "Alessa" storyline covered in SH, SH3 and SHO.

Chronologically Origins is the first game, then it's SH, SH2, SH3 and SH4.
