Marty turned San Diego into a Super-Bowl caliber team. He was fired because the owner of the Chargers is a nut-job (he considered Marty's style of play "out-dated"). When Marty was in charge the Chargers went 14-2 last year, and were playoff contenders for his last two. Now, the Chargers have a rats-ass chance in hell to even make it to round 1 of the playoffs. Marty, given three-four years, could take any team to the Super-Bowl and win.

I appreciate the thought, but we barely beat the 49'ers, Rams, Jets and Cardinals.

Who all suck.

The Ravens could make the playoffs, maybe, as a wild card because of their relatively soft schedule, but if they do, they'll get bounced in the first round.

Don't be so hard on yourself. The Ravens still have one of the best Defenses in the league. All you guys need is a quarter-back worth a damn. McNair could run back in the day, but he's never had a good arm.
