Cell was the start of the downfall. Some of it was pretty great, but a lot of it was shit. The Majin Buu Saga wasn't too great either. Although my alltime favorite episode is from it. I think it was titled Mystic Gohan. Badass.
Cell is my overall DBZ favorite character. And Majin Buu just kept regenerating himself over and over.

Only fun scene was when he killed all people in earth.
