I'm having a problem with a Usb Flash drive...

Question: does the flash drive show up in Computer Management -> Disk Management under Administration Tools? If it does this could simply be a case of two drives fighting over a single drive letter. Happened to my dad once.

I went into adminasrative tools and started looking around, to make a long story short, the plug and play w/e was turned off, started it back up and restarted, and it worked as a added goodie, mt speakers started working, lol it all worked out in the end thank god.

d'oh! I didn't even think about that service. Don't confuse "Plug and play" with "universal plug and pray (play )" The UPnP server is pretty much useless and people recommend disabling it, but plug and play is necessary though

I wouldn't say UPnP is useless. Quite a good feature if you can't be bothered to set up your router manually.
